Great front desk staff, nice amenities, great people living in the community. Couldn't ask for more living at the Ludlow. Easy access to public transit and convenient to restaurants in center city!

Great location, some noise from the street but that is to be expected in the city. No issues with noise from other apartments. Front desk staff is great, common areas are nice and clean.

Great neighborhood and great location, close to plenty of restaurant, bar and clubs. The amenity space is super classy, and chic and the stuff is amazing!

Team takes into account any feedback residents have and makes sure we have an excellent living experience. All service requests are addressed promptly. I love living here.

I haven't moved in yet, however, my experience thus far has been awesome with the leasing professionals. They are accommodating, patient, and super friendly.

Living at the Ludlow has been an overall great experience. Great location with access to many bars and restaurants as well as public transportation. Amenities are great as well.

The ludlow is a clean, well run apartment building. The amenities are both amazing and useful (especially the rooftop and gym). The front desk people are very kind as well

Lease signing & move in was seamless. Concierge is great , clean building and the gym is awesome. One of the positive points to moving in is that the property and surrounding area is advertised as completely smoke free. However since moving in the smell of marijuana has been prevalent on a weekly basis in our apartment through the bathroom vent and without any resolve to date after numerous communication via e-mails and a visit to the office. Understandably The Ludlow can’t control what other residents do in their apartment but everyone who signs their lease also signs the recently updated No Smoking Addendum understanding the policy. So with patience and diligence we are hopeful for a resolve sooner than later. Would honestly give 5 stars but have to be fair and honest with this marijuana situation. So as it stands now , 3 stars. :-/

Front staff super friendly and helpful. Me and my husband have been here for one month and all is ok so far except for the occasional smell of marijuana coming into our apartment via the bathroom vent in a non smoking building. Quiet apartment so far which is most important for us.

Great staff, facilities and location. Couldn’t ask for a better apartment in center city Philadelphia, all a reasonable rents. From the lease team, to maintenance, to the front desk people our experience in the first 3 months has exceeded expectations in every way.

Building generally well managed, but windows and floors need to be cleaned more often. The leasing officers and managers all need more training in communication and service.

The Staff did an excellent job helping me. They went beyond call of duty. She called me on Sunday. The web site is user friendly, and full of good sources of information.

Staying here for over 7 months now. I really like the community area at 3rd floor here, out of all, pool table is my favorite. My apartment is also nice and designed in a compact way, with all high-quality appliances. The staffs from leasing and maintenance team are great. The location of the building is great. Sometimes, few things take time at leasing office, which might require multiple follow ups.

Overall, the experience has been great! I have made some friends in the community, the amenities are nice, and maintenance is quick. When there was an issue with a maintenance request, it was resolved quickly and fairly.

Everyone from the staff to the residents have been so friendly! I especially enjoy the music selections that I hear in the lobby/elevator area.

I love living at the Ludlow. There has never been a time where I've felt unsafe, which was one of my biggest things I was looking for when looking at apartments in Philly. The front desk staff are so great, and so helpful. The area is amazing, so close to everything and can walk…

Recently have been frustrated with the lack of working amenities for a luxury building. I’ve lived here for five years now and lots of things do not work with no explanation from management. We have only 2 working treadmills in the gym for an 18 floor complex, and it’s been like this for MONTHS. The main fire pit outside does not turn on and hasn’t for the whole summer. The stand alone grill outside probably hasn’t worked in a year or more. Lots of residents talk about this and are frustrated that nothing gets done to fix these broken amenities. When we go to use them and see they don’t work yet again it’s ridiculous. I think it would be smart to send an email addressing it and a timeline on when they plan on being fixed (if ever).

i have really enjoying the outdoor spaces during the summer, the amenities are well maintained and shared spaces are kept clean! i appreciate the community activities as well

I'm living at the Ludlow for 4 years now and I love it. Really central location and great community events. It's close to most of the bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!!!
